At Swissport, we’re seeking a dedicated Airport Team Manager for a Aircraft Cleaning Departmentto lead our Western Europe Station Structures. As a key operational leader, you’ll report directly to the Swissport Station Manager or Head of Department.
What You’ll Do: In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for:
Daily Operations: Overseeing all aspects of operational delivery at the airport.
Motivating and Engaging Staff: Ensuring that our team meets customer airline targets while adhering to company procedures, policies, and brand values.
Safety and Quality Performance: Striving for safe, profitable, and high-quality operations aligned with customer expectations and corporate objectives.
Leadership and Guidance: Providing direction to a diverse workforce.
Operational Excellence: Ensuring day-to-day excellence across the Swissport Team at the station.
