Lounge Administrator

Swissport Lounges is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused Lounge Administrator to support our premium lounges at Liverpool Airport. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the station management team, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for station personnel at Liverpool Airport. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders at Liverpool Airport, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training activities for staff based at Liverpool Airport.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Lounge Management Team
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring smooth lounge operations
Maintain accurate records, reports, and adminustrative functions.
Support internal communications with HR, suppliers, and station management
Help coordinate team meetings and compile follow-ups and documentation
Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the aviation or transportation industry. Familiarity with airport operations is advantageous.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced airport environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization and external partners.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with office equipment and software systems.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
