You will lead a talented finance team and play a central role in our transformation programme, whilst ensuring the rigour and control expected of a PE-backed environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role - you will need to be comfortable operating at both a strategic and transactional level, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders across the business.

Lease Financing

  • Arrange and manage lease financing solutions to support operational requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with financing partners and ensure appropriate structures are in place.

Month-End Close

  • Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to the group.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the speed and quality of reporting.

Shared Service Centre (SSC) Leadership

  • Oversee the finance SSC, driving efficiency, accuracy and a culture of high performance.
  • Act as a key escalation point and build strong working relationships across the SSC team.

Transformation & Project Delivery

  • Lead the implementation of the purchase-to-pay (P2P) process as part of the wider transformation agenda.
  • Identify and drive further process improvement opportunities across the finance function.

  • Experience in a PE-backed, multi-site or complex group environment.
  • Demonstrable experience leading change and process improvement initiatives.
