As a Swissport Customer Service Agents, you will play a vital role in our airport operation and will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all passengers between the terminal and the aircraft.

IT Support Engineer
Location: Luton, (travel will be required within this role)
The IT Support Engineer acts primarily as on site 1st and 2nd level support providing technical assistance and support for Swissport users and stations. You will troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues to ensure smooth operations and optimal functionality of Swissport IT systems. Additionally, you will assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and contribute to enhancing the overall IT support services.
Pay: £11.64 per hour
Increases to £11.78 per hour after successful completion of probation
Hours: Part-Time 21 hours per week (Nights Only)

The Swissport Team at Liverpool John Lennon Airport are looking for a team of Aircraft Cleaning Agent, to work on a 4 on and 4 off shift pattern on Nights only.

Our Aircraft Services Agents perform a range of duties, which may include:
- Aircraft Cleaning, including the removal of blankets, vacuuming aircraft, wiping down tray tables, walls and overhead lockers and removal of rubbish from seat pockets.
- Cleaning aircraft toilets, wash basins, surfaces, mirrors and replenish supplies.
- Clean and sanitise aircraft galleys, mop floors and wipe down of surfaces.
- Arrange seatbelts on seats, placement of head rests and pillows and blankets as required.
- Cleaning of aircraft exterior as and when required.
- Provide professional cleaning to offices and retail areas.
- Drive and operate Ground Support Vehicles, which may include vans, hi-lift, steps and toilet and water vehicles
- Provide Toilet and Water Services
The Cargo Support Manager is a key operational management position within Swissport UK and Ireland reporting to the General Station Manager and will be responsible for Swissport Operations at station level. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational excellence of the station. To lead, plan and manage all operational activities associated with cargo service handling in line with our procedures, policies and brand values. To lead the team of Duty Mangers, Customer Operations Managers, Clerical and Industrial staff within the operation, to provide and maintain a high-level quality service by planning and organizing the accurate and complete movement of cargo and mail in accordance with Customer Service Level Agreements, (SLAs), and current legislation. Also, to make sure that Health and Safety, Quality, Security and Swissport Standard Operating Procedures, (SOPs), are always adhered to. Control of Clerical and Industrial staffing levels in accordance with financial and budgetary targets.

We are seeking a Treasury Assistant to join our team. This role is based in our Runcorn office and requires working 3 days per week. The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
As the Treasury Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the treasury functions and maintaining acceptable levels of risk for the company while adhering to all statutory and financial reporting requirements. In this role, you will also be responsible for providing support to the Senior Treasury Manager & Treasury Manager in all aspects of treasury operations.
