As a Customer Service Agent with Swissport, you will be an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional service to passengers and clients alike. You’ll receive £14.26 per hour for the initial six months. Throughout this period, Swissport will actively foster the development of your skills and knowledge necessary for the role. Upon achieving these benchmarks and successfully completing the probationary period, you will receive an additional 1.5% increment in compensation.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, passengers, and cargo. You’ll receive £15.23 per hour for the initial six months. Throughout this period, Swissport will actively foster the development of your skills and knowledge necessary for the role. Upon achieving these benchmarks and successfully completing the probationary period, you will receive an additional 1.5% increment in compensation.

Job Summary   To provide professional supervision on a shift basis to the Passenger Service team to ensure the highest standards of quality, customer service, punctuality and health and safety are maintained.  

ROLE SUMMARY The Operations Supervisor is a critical frontline operational role where you will have responsibility for the safe airside operation and our front-line team members. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, engaging and inspiring all team members to ensure the delivery in line with Swissport procedures, policies and brand values.
