As a Dispatch Agent with Swissport, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of cargo and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of shipments to their designated destinations. Starting pay for this role is £12.11 per hour for the first six months. During which time Swissport will work to develop your new skills and experiences required for the role, once attained and on completion of probation, you will receive a further 1.5% increase.   A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE IS DESIRABLE FOR THIS ROLE AND TO PASS AN AIRSIDE DRIVING TEST   The rota will be  WORKING 4 ON 2 OFF with a variety of shifts, so full flexibility, on a full time basis. ROLE SUMMARY The Operations Supervisor is a critical frontline operational role where you will have responsibility for the safe airside operation and our front-line team members. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, engaging and inspiring all team members to ensure the delivery in line with Swissport procedures, policies and brand values.

This is a 12 month position from 1st March 2024 until 28th February 2025   Please note frequent travel is required for the role so access to your own vehicle would be desired   The regional planning manager is there to support the implementation, development and continuous improvement of the planning function at Station level; acting as the planning expert and application support for the Swissport Planning Tools including technical training and station roll out.

The Allocator’s position plays a critical and pivotal role in the smooth daily running of the ramp operation. The purpose of the Allocator is to delegate workload, communicate information and control the operational staffing on a shift-by-shift basis.
